Beef and carrots

 600 g beef chunks
 ½ bottle Red wine
 1 beef stock cube
 Salt and pepper
 1 onion
 600 g carrots
 mushroom
 100 ml water
 1 tbsp oil

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown onion and beef pieces in oil for 3 minutes

Season with pepper and salt

Meanwhile prepare your carrots, mushrooms

Melt the cube in hot water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 35 minutes
