Beef carrots and olives

This is another sturdy dish that combines beef, olives and some good spices and herbs. The olives will give it a peculiar taste and they are very good for your health. Share the meal with some friends.

Ingredients

 800 g beefsteak
 ½ can of mushrooms
 ½ can of pitted green olives
 2 cloves of crushed garlic
 1 onion
 ½ package of bacon
 Herbs of Provence
 8 carrots in rings
 250 ml beef broth
 150 ml white wine
 Salt, pepper
 Sauce thickener

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onion, bacon and, mushrooms in mode browning

Remove from the bowl and set aside

Put the meat back to brown

Put the reserved preparation and all the other ingredients (except the sauce thickener)

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 40min

At the end of the cooking, add sauce thickener as you wish
