This is a good recipe that comprises of beef chunks with potatoes and carrots. Nothing fancy but a sturdy dish with good herbs that will satisfy a hungry crowd at home.
Ingredients
600 g lean beef
500 g carrots
8 potatoes
2 onions
Thyme, bay leaf, salt
200 ml white wine
200 ml water
Directions
Set the instant pot to mode browning
Brown the meat with a drizzle of olive oil 5 min
Add the onions and brown 3 min more
Add the carrots, thyme, bay leaf, salt, cubed potatoes
Mix everything
Pour in the wine and water
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 40min
