This is a dish that mixes up ground beef and pork meatballs with tomatoes and olives to give it a Spanish touch. It should please your guest at any time of the year.
Ingredients
450 g Ground Beef
150 g ground pork
1 egg
2 tbsp flour
100 g pitted green olives
60 g chorizo in slices
140 ml water
20 g diluted tomato concentrate
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper
Directions
Pour olive oil into the bowl
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Mix meat and eggs
Season, form balls and flour them
Brown the balls in hot oil
Add all the other ingredients
