This is really the type of recipe appreciated in cold winter days. You mix up chunks of beef with carrots and potatoes and it makes a good stew. Once you ate it, you feel warm and satiated

 1 kg beef cheek
 2 onions
 2 cloves garlic
 bouquet garnished
 4 carrots
 4 potatoes
 2 beef bouillon cubes
 Cornstarch

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry all the ingredients (except the cornstarch)

Pour 200ml of water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 25min

At the end of the cooking time, add the cornstarch in mode browning until the sauce thickens
