This is definitely a winter recipe for people that like turnips. It is a good vegetable but it has a distinctive taste. Here, you just mix up the beef with the turnips before cooking them.
Ingredients
2 large rutabagas in pieces
4 carrots in slices
700 g beef cheek
400 ml veal stock
1 bouillon cube
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the meat in a little oil
Add the carrots and turnips
Fry 5min
Add all the other ingredients
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 1h15
