Ingredients

 600 g beef cheek in chunks
 1 minced onions
 400 g crushed tomatoes
 200 g red peppers, diced
 400 g red beans in a can
 1 chopped fresh chili pepper
 2 tbsp tomato paste
 2 tbsp olive oil
 Salt and pepper
 50 ml water

Directions

Add the olive oil to the vat

Put it in the browning mode

Brown the beef pieces

Add pepper, onion, pimento

Brown

Add the tomato paste, tomato crush and red beans

Salt and pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 38min
