Do you like organ meat? If you answer by the affirmative, you could try that simple recipe of beef kidneys. Vegetables will also be cooked with the meat making it a complete dish.

Ingredients

 400 g kidneys
 Vinegared water
 1 onion, minced
 Butter
 330 ml red wine
 2 tbsp of flour
 Potatoes cut into 4
 4 carrots in slices
  Bouquet garnished

Directions

Soak the kidneys 30min in vinegar water

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Fry the onion in a little butter

Add the rinsed and drained kidneys

In a bowl, mix the wine with the flour

Add the mixture in the bowl

Add the rest of the ingredients

Switch the instant pot to quick cooking mode 15min
