This is a fun recipe to create with some lean beef stuff with different ingredients. It is always a surprise when you cut into a paupiette and usually well appreciated.
Ingredients
12 slices of lean flank steak
4 slices of bacon
1 bunch of parsley
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
200 g tomato paste
250 ml red wine
50 ml veal stock
Directions
Mix by hand the garlic and finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper and bacon in cubes
Lay down a flank steak
Put a small portion of preparation on the steak
Roll and close the steak with string or a toothpick
Cook with the stew mode on the instant pot
