This is a good recipe to use beef shins. You will brown them with onion before cooking them in tomato juice with some herbs and spices. It will be a good sturdy dish to serve on cold days.

 2 can of tomato juice
 600 ml water
 1 small can of peas
 500 g beef shin in pieces
 2 bay leaves
 3 sugar cubes
 3 onions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onions with the meat in a little oil

Add the tomato, water, peas, bay leaf, sugar, and salt

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 35min

Serve with pasta or rice
