 3 cloves of garlic crushed
 3 carrots cut
 Rosemary
 750 ml red wine
 1 onion

Directions

The day before, marinate the meat with garlic, carrots, rosemary, and wine

Drain and keep the marinade

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat and remove it

Brown the onions

When ready, put the meat back

Flour

Put the vegetables from the marinade

Wet with the marinade

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 30min
