Beef stew, potatoes and plums

This is a more complex and long recipe to prepare but the result shall be very good. You mix the beef with potatoes, spices, and herbs. The whole mixture will be full of flavor and appreciated by your friends or family.

Ingredients

 1.40 kg beef stew meat
 100 g bacon pieces
 1 cup vegetable stock
 1 tbsp veal stock
 1 small can of tomato pulp
 1 kg carrots in slices
 Potatoes in pieces
 Plums
 Bouquet garnished
  Salt, pepper
 2 crushed garlic cloves
 3 minced shallots
 200 ml white wine
 Water

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat 4min

Add the bacon and shallot

Put the veal stock and pour the white wine

Add the tomato pulp and the equivalent of the water can

Mix the garlic, the bouquet garnished, the cup, and the pepper

Add the carrots

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 30min

At the end of cooking, add the potatoes and plums

Return to pressure cooking 10min

Salt if necessary at the end of cooking
