Beef stroganoff

Ingredients

 600 g Beef rumpsteak
 150 ml Worcester sauce
 1 large can of mushrooms.
 Thinly sliced onions
 1 glass of white wine
 4 tbsp tomato paste
 4 tbsp fresh cream
 Salt pepper

Directions

Marinate the beef cut into small pieces in Worcester sauce

Remove the beef from the marinade (keep the marinade)

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onions and mushrooms

Add the white wine, marinade, tomato concentrate, mushrooms and onions

Add the beef

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10 or 15 min depending of the way you want the meat
