This is a simple and complete dish with beef, vegetables, and rice. If you are in a hurry you can use some frozen vegetables, add some good spice and in no time you will have it ready to serve your family.

Ingredients

 500 g beef chunks
 1 package of bacon
 1 onion
 1 bouquet garnished
 veal stock
 600 ml red wine
 500 g frozen mushrooms
 500 g frozen broccoli
 2 tbsp cornstarch
 1 package of rice

Directions

Put the instant pot mode browning

Sauté the meat, bacon, onion, and bouquet garnished

Add the red wine and veal stock

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 25min

Add the vegetables and the rice

Put the instant pot back in pressure cooking mode 10min
