Ingredients

 400 g Rump steak cut into strips
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 4 tbsp liquid honey
 2 tbsp chili paste
 8 tbsp sesame oil
 2 carrots, in sticks
 1 minced onion
 120 g round rice
 400 ml water
 4 extra fresh egg yolks

Directions

Marinate the meat with soy sauce and half of the honey

Mix the pepper paste, the rest of the honey and half of the oil

Heat the rest of the oil

Sauté carrots and onion

Remove

Sauté the meat in several steps (if large quantities)

Remove the meat

Pour the water into the bowl

Add the rice, salted slightly

Mix

Add the vegetables

Start cooking under pressure for 8 minutes
