Biryani chicken

 400 g chicken fillet cut into pieces
 2 minced onions
 2 plain yogurts
 2 tomatoes and 2 tbsp. concentrate
 150 g fresh spinach
 350 g basmati rice
 2 tbsp paprika
 3 tbsp coriander
 2 tbsp cumin
 2 tbsp ginger powder
 2 tbsp turmeric
 50 g whole almonds
 1 l chicken broth
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onions and chicken in olive oil for 5 minutes

Add all the ingredients except the almonds

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15 minutes

At the end of the cooking time, add the almonds
