Print Options:

Biryani rice with cranberry

 30 g 30gr butter
 200 g basmati rice
 2 red onions, chopped
 300 g fresh green beans, hulled and cut into 4
 2 tbsp curry paste
 1 tbsp dried cranberry
 500 ml water

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion in the butter

Add the curry and stir

Add the green beans

Fry 3min more

Add the rice, cranberry, and water

Salt

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 7min

At the end of cooking, do not open the instant pot and leave 10min in warm mode
