Why not try an exotic dish for a change? It will surprise your family and they will surely enjoy that mixture of sliced beef in a very tasty Asian sauce. The recipe is a little bit long to prepare but the result is worth it.

Ingredients

 400 g minced beef
 160 g rice vermicelli
 4 minced onions
 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
 6 batavia leaves
 100 g soy sprouts
 3 tbsp sauce nems
 Fresh mint leaves
 4 nems (spring rolls)
 6 tbsp Sunflower oil

Directions

Put the beef to marinate in the soy sauce

Soak the vermicelli in warm water 4 min

Pour the oil into the bowl

Brown the spring rolls

Remove

Brown the onions and beef

Remove

Pour 7 cl. of water

Cook the vermicelli

Stop cooking

Add the beef and onions

Serve with salad, mint, soy sprouts and the cut spring rolls
