These following recipes are good for cold winter days. Beef will be boiled with vegetables in a soup type of dish. Plenty of flavors and taste for that meat soup.

Boiled beef

Ingredients

 300 g fat beef meat
 300 g lean beef meat
 300 g gelatinous beef meat
 1 marrow bone
 4 leeks
 4 carrots
 1 celery stalk
 2 onions
 1 garlic clove
 1 bouquet garnished
 2 cloves
 Coarse salt
 Black pepper in grains
 1 bouillon cube in 400ml of water

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the meat in pieces and the onion cut in half

Let it brown for a few minutes

Cut the vegetables in pieces

Plant the cloves in the onion

Put all the ingredients in the bowl

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 35min
