This is a pretty long recipe to prepare of boil fish. A lot of vegetables, spices, herbs, and several kinds of fish should make that dish delicious. To be shared with your friends or family.

Ingredients

 6 monkfish steaks
 3 trout fillets
 6 hake steaks
 700 g potatoes in cubes
 2 leek whites, chopped into large pieces
 2 turnips in large pieces
 2 carrots in thick slices
 1 bulb of fennel in large pieces
 300 ml dry white wine
 1.50 l of water
 4 cloves of chopped garlic
 1 bunch of coriander
 2 chopped onions
 1 bouquet garnished
  Oil
 150 g softened butter
 Salt, pepper
 1 tbsp fish stock

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

In oil, fry the leeks, turnips, fennel, carrots, and onions

Add the bouquet garnished and garlic

Salt, pepper

Deglaze with white wine

Add the water and fish stock

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 15min

At the end of the cooking, add potatoes and fish

Return the instant pot to pressure cooking 5min

While cooking, to mix the butter and coriander to make a paste.

Serve the boiled fish in one dish and the butter with coriander in another
