Here is a recipe with snails for people who like the little beast. You mix them with butter and good spices to enhance the whole dish of snails. Serve on toast, it should be really good.
Ingredients
48 very large Burgundy snails
80 g bacon
80 g small button mushrooms cut into 4
200 ml Burgundy red wine
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
40 g chopped shallots
80 g semi-salted butter
2 pieces of sugar
4 toasted sourdough bread
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the bacon, shallots, and mushrooms for 3 to 5 minutes
Add the wine and then the butter by mixing.
Stop browning
Salt and pepper
Add sugar and snails
Mix
Start cooking quickly for 1 minute
Add parsley
Serve on toasted bread
