Do you have some leftover ground meat? You could certainly prepare that simple recipe of meat mix up with eggs and cream. It will make a nice meal for an evening summer day.

Ingredients

 400 g cooked ground meat (pork, beef, duck, turkey)
 5 tbsp thick fresh cream
 5 eggs
 2 tbsp tomato paste
 Salt, pepper
 Shallot, minced
 Parsley
 Chili pepper
 ½ beef bouillon cube crumbled
 100 g grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a mold suitable for the instant pot

Put 300ml of water in the tank and then put the mold in the steam basket

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 25min
