Bulgur and cauliflower

This is a good vegetarian recipe with bulgur and vegetables. It will go well in the evening with a salad among friends and family. The spices and herbs will give it a delicious taste.

Bulgur and cauliflower

Ingredients

 150 g bulgur
 2 times the volume of bulgur in water
 2 tbsp olive oil
 ½ cauliflower
 150 g canned chickpeas (cooked)
 1 tbsp cumin seed
 2 sprigs of mint or parsley

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

During preheating, cut the cauliflower into pieces and chop it into small pieces

Add the cauliflower and chickpeas in oil

Add the cumin

Add the bulgur and water

Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 5min

Serve decorated with mint or parsley
