Butterfly pasta, chorizo, pepper and fresh cream

Ingredients

 350 g butterfly pasta
 1 chopped onion
 1 chorizo (sweet or strong according to your taste) in rings
 400 g frozen peppers 3 colors in strips
 250 g thick fresh cream

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onion, peppers, and chorizo for 4min

Remove the ingredients and reserve

Put the pasta in the tank, cover with water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 5min

At the end of cooking, empty the water from the pasta if necessary

Put the instant pot back to mode browning

Mix the preparation reserved for the pasta

Add the fresh cream

Leave in mode browning until the cream is warmed up
