Cherries make good dessert cook or raw. In that recipe, they are candied with some tasty spices and some orange marmalade. The result should be appreciated by the whole family.
Ingredients
500 g cherries
140 ml Water
140 ml Royal Mandarin (Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
200 g sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp ginger powder
1 tbsp vanilla pod
2 tbsp orange marmalade
Directions
Place all ingredients in the tank
Start cooking under pressure for 3 minutes
Keep refrigerated for a few hours
