This is a quick and simple version of Cantonese rise. A good recipe if you are in a hurry. Still, you have rice, eggs, and ham cooked in coconut milk.

 300 g rice
 4 eggs
 4 slices of ham in small pieces (or chicken breasts)
 1 cup of coconut milk

Put the rice in the bowl

Cover with water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 9min

Remove the rice and reserve

Clean the bowl

Switch the instant pot to mode browning

Break the eggs in the bowl and scrambled them

Add the ham, rice, and coconut milk

Leave to brown until the heat is slightly warmed
