Cantonese rice with shrimps

If you enjoy the preceding recipe, this is one is in the same style. You have rice and it's mixed up with vegetables and shrimps in an Asian fashion. Eggs and ham are also added to the preparation.

 400 g rice
 2 chopped onions
 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
 4 slices of ham, cut into pieces
 4 eggs
 250 g raw peeled shrimp
 100 g canned peas
 Soy sauce

Put the rice in the bowl, cover with water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 10min

During cooking, in a frying pan, scramble the eggs with a little soy sauce

At the end of cooking the rice, clean the bowl

Switch the instant pot to mode browning

Fry the garlic and onion

Add the shrimp

Fry the shrimps until they are cooked

Add the ham, peas, eggs, and rice
