Caramel pork

This is a welcome change in the usual way of preparing meat. The following recipe cooks the pork in an Asian style with a sweet sauce. Some good spices will flavor the dish nicely.

Ingredients

 4 tbsp powdered sugar
 700 g pork loin, cubed
 2 soy sauce
 4 tbsp Nuoc-Mam sauce
 2 chopped garlic cloves
 2 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
 1 minced red onion
 2 tbsp sesame oil
 120 ml water
 10 g cornstarch in a little water

Directions

Marinate the pork with the soy sauce and Nuoc-Mam

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Sprinkle the sugar in the bottom of the vat

Make a caramel while watching

Add the pork and its marinade, ginger, garlic, onion

Wet with oil, water, and starch

Mix

Start cooking under pressure for 13 minutes
