Ingredients
600 g of carrots in large pieces
40 g of beets in large pieces
1 l water
1 tsp of cardamom
2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of coriander powder
1 vegetable bouillon cube
½ tsp of nutmeg powder
Fresh coriander
Olive oil
Directions
Put all the ingredients in the tank apart from fresh coriander and oil
Put the instant pot in mode pressure cooking 10min
In the end, mix with a little oil and fresh coriander
