Pumpkin soup makes a good meal by itself, particularly in the evening. In the following recipe, potatoes is added to the preparation to give an even better texture to the soup.
Ingredients
1 pumpkin peeled and cut into pieces
3 potatoes in pieces
1 onion, minced
1 chicken bouillon cube
Goat cheese
Salt, pepper
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the onion
Add the pumpkin and potatoes
Cover with water
Put the broth, salt, and pepper
Put the instant pot in pressure mode 15min
At the end of cooking, mix with the goat cheese and a little liquid cream
