A simple recipe of chicken cooked in an oriental style. Coconut milk goes very well to make a sauce or cook rice. It gives a special taste to the dish.
Ingredients
2 chicken legs
1 minced onion
300 g rice
500 ml veal stock
3 tbsp grated coconut
200 ml coconut milk
Directions
Set the instant pot to mode browning
Fry the legs and onions 3min
Salt
Add coconut milk, grated coconut, rice, and veal stock
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min
