This is another version of chicken escalope with summer vegetables and some sausages. It will be a refreshing dish full of good and tasty flavor.

 4 escalopes cut into pieces
 Bacon
 1 chorizo
 3 peppers (yellow, red and green)
 3 zucchinis
 1 onion
 A little cream
 1 shallot
 ½ cup water

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onion, shallot, bacon, and chicken

Add the zucchini

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 2min

Add the peppers, chorizo and 1/2 glass of water

Put back in quick cooking 4min

Add the fresh cream at the end of the cooking
