Chicken in a wild style

Ingredients

 4 chicken legs
 500 g peeled tomato in a can
 150 g frozen minced mushrooms
 100 ml white wine
 1 tbsp cornstarch diluted in a little cold water
 1 tbsp olive oil
 2 minced shallots
 1 clove minced garlic
 ¼ tbsp cayenne pepper (to taste)
  Basil, parsley
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chicken legs in olive oil

Add the shallot and garlic

Fry lightly

Add the tomatoes with the juice, mushrooms, white wine, herbs, and chili pepper

Salt, pepper

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 15mi

At the end of cooking add the cornstarch and let thicken in mode browning
