Do you want to prepare chicken in a different manner? Try that oriental recipe mixing chicken with peanuts and Asian spices. It will taste great.

Chicken Kung Pao

Ingredients

 4 chicken thighs
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 1 chopped shallot
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 Pepper
 3 tbsp vinegar
 80 ml poultry broth
 1 pimento
 60 g peanuts
  Peanut oil

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the chicken on the skin side in a little peanut oil

Turn the thighs over and add the chicken broth

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 13min

At the end of cooking, Remove the legs and set aside (keep 80ml of cooking juice)

Rinse and dry the vat

Put the instant pot in mode browning

In sesame oil fry the chili pepper 30sec

Add the shallot, peanuts, soy, vinegar and cooking juice

Mix well and leave in mode browning until the 1st boil

Put the chicken legs back and leave 5min more in mode browning
