Do you like the popular paella? This is a dish that permits a lot of creativity concerning ingredients. In that recipe, you mix rice with chicken, seafood, peas, and pepper.

Chicken paella and seafood

Ingredients

 4 chicken legs (drumsticks and top of cut thighs)
 1 package thawed frozen seafood
 250 g rice
 1 small can of peas
 1 pepper (or equivalent of a frozen pepper)
 ½ chorizo (sausage)
 Special paella spices
 1 onion
 500 ml chicken broth

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion and chicken legs in a little oil

Add half of the broth

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

Put the rest of the ingredients except the peas and chorizo

Switch to "rice chicken" recipe mode

At the end of the cooking add the peas and chorizo

Switch to brown mode 2min
