This is a simple recipe of chicken in a saffron sauce. The chicken slices mixed up in a thick saffron sauce do sound delicious. Accompany with some rice, the dish won’t disappoint you.
Ingredients
8 chicken breast minced
3 shallots minced
400 ml whole cream
2 scoops saffron
1 cube poultry bouillon diluted in 200 ml of white wine
Salt, pepper
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the shallots and chicken for 10min
Salt, pepper
Add the diluted bouillon, cream, and saffron
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min
Put in mode browning 3 minutes while the sauce is thickening
