Chicken tajine with black plums

 1.20 kg of minced chicken
 250 g black plums
 1 handful of raisins
 50 ml of olive oil
 ½ tbsp of ginger powder
  Salt
 1 tbsp of saffron
 1 tbsp of cinnamon
 ½ lemon zest
 2 minced onions
 300 ml of veal stock
 30 ml honey

Put all ingredients in the instant pot

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

Serve with the semolina
