Chicken Tajine with candied lemon

Ingredients

 2 chicken legs
 2 crushed garlic cloves
 2 candied lemons
 1 pinch saffron
 1 tbsp ginger
 1 tbsp turmeric
 1 tbsp coriander
 1 tbsp cumin
 150 g green olives
 4 potatoes cut into pieces
 3 carrots in rings
 2 tbsp of olive oil
 300 ml of water
 2 minced white onions
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Rinse the candied lemons in cold water and cut them into small pieces

Rinse and drain the olives

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the chicken, onions, and spices in the olive oil for 5min

Add the potatoes, carrots, garlic, lemons, olives, salt, and pepper

Add 350ml of water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min
