10.50 oz chicken tenderloin
2 large cans of sweet corn
1 clove of chopped garlic
3 large sweet green pimentos minced
3 tsp butter 1/2 salt
Small amount of olive oil
Directions
Put the instant pot in the roasting mode
Brown the chicken with the oil for 5min
Add the corn, garlic, pimentos
Let it brown 5min more
Serve with a knob of butter
