18 oz chicken tenderloin
1 onion, minced
8 oz tomato pulp
4 fl oz coconut milk
4.50 oz basmati rice
16 fl oz water
2 tbsp curry
2 tbsp oil

Directions
Put the instant pot in roasting mode
Pour the oil into the bowl
Brown the meat and onion for a few minutes
Stop the roasting mode
