Mushroom
Mustard
Shallot
200 ml poultry stock
100 g rice
Directions
Brush mustard legs
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the thighs starting with the skin side
Add chopped shallot
Add mushrooms and then poultry stock
Pour in the rice
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 20min
