4 carrots in sticks
20 g grated fresh ginger

Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the chicken in oil for 1min
Add all the other ingredients
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 6min
Serve decorated with a few sprigs of tarragon
