Do you want to prepare a different supper for your family? Let's try the chicken in an Asian way. A lot of spices and vegetables will accompany the chicken in a coconut milk sauce.

Ingredients

 4 chicken legs (drumsticks and top 2 separate thighs)
 2 eggplants, dices
 2 lime (juice)
 6 onions (bulb cut in 2)
 100 ml coconut milk
 2 tbsp sesame oil
 2 tbsp Nuoc-Mam sauce
 2 tbsp chopped coriander
 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
 10 g cornstarch in a little water

Directions

Marinate the poultry in the lemon juice and Nuoc-Mam

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Add the sesame oil in the bowl

Fry the onions

Remove

Fry the poultry (several times if necessary)

Mix the juice from the marinade with the starch

Put the onions back in the bowl

Add the juice from the marinade, coconut, and eggplants

Start cooking under pressure for 13 minutes
