How about chicken and cheese? The special county hard cheese with the addition of cream will make the sauce covering the meat. The dish will taste delicious.

 500 g chicken fillet
 25 g butter
 1 tbsp olive oil
 100 ml white wine
 80 g county chesse
 100 ml fresh cream
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chicken in oil and butter

Add the wine, salt, pepper

Switch to pressure cooking mode 3min

Remove the chicken and put it in an oven dish

Bind the sauce of the instant pot by adding the county cheese and cream in mode browning

Pour the cream from the instant pot on the chicken

Put the chicken in the oven a few minutes in grill position

Serve with pasta
