Fry the onion and chicken in a little oil
Add the zucchini and mushrooms
Add the water, wine, cube, and mustard
Salt, pepper
Pressurize the instant pot for 20 minutes
At the end of the cooking, turn to mode browning
Put the diluted cornstarch in a little cold water
Stir until it thickens
