Chicken with paprika

Paprika as a spice comes in different ways, more or less hot. In that recipe, the chicken is served with a sauce made of paprika and cream.

3 chicken cut into pieces

1 onion, minced

2 tbsp tomato sauce

1 tbsp paprika

250 ml liquid cream

150 ml chicken broth

1 small can mushrooms

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion

Add the chicken

Fry it

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min
