Chicken with Thai rice

This is another Asian preparation with chicken. A number of Asian spices will be mixed up with chicken and rice before being cooked. This is going to be a tasty dish to share with your friends.

Ingredients

 500 g chicken breasts, in strips
 240 g Thai rice
 1 lime (juice and zest)
  tsp red pimento paste
 2 tbsp rice vinegar
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 10 fresh mint leaves chopped
 2 cloves garlic chopped
 330 ml water
 8 tooth pick

Directions

In a bowl, mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice and zest, chili pepper, and garlic

Add the poultry in the marinade

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Heat a little oil in the bowl

Add the poultry and its marinade

Fry (several times if necessary)

Add the rice, water and vinegar

Mix

Start cooking under pressure for 7 minutes
