This is a quick and simple Asian recipe of pork and cashew nut. The spices and herbs will confer a tasty flavor to the dish. And the nut will give it a great texture.
Ingredients
600 g pork tenderloin, sliced
3 tbsp peanut oil
4 green onions sliced
50 g roasted cashew nuts
1 tbsp Nuoc-Mam sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp chili paste
1 tbsp Basil thai (or coriander) hopped
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Pour the oil into the bowl
Fry the onion
Add the pork
Fry it for 4 minutes on all sides
Add the sauces and chili pepper
Mix for 4 min
