Cockerels with a mushrooms sauce

You may try to prepare some tender cockerel for your next meal. Once they are cooked, you will add some cream to make a delicious sauce with some mushrooms

Ingredients

 2 cockerels cut into
 150 g bacon
 150 g small frozen onions
 500 g small mushrooms
 Chives
 2 tbsp butter
 250 ml cream
 250 ml poultry stock
  Salt and pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the cockerels

Take them out and set them aside

Brown the bacon and mushrooms

Add the onions

Put the cockerels back

Salt and pepper

Add the broth

Put the instant pot in pressurized mode 30min

At the end of cooking put the cream and chives

Put the instant pot in mode browning 5min
