When you have an abundance of veggies in your garden, you may want to try that recipe. You mix a bunch of different ingredients before cooking. A lot of spices is going to make it highly season.

Ingredients

 1 kg cod
 4 diced potatoes
 2 carrots in rings
 A few cherry tomatoes cut in 2
 1 onion, minced
 1 bowl of small pieces of broccoli/cauliflower frozen flower
 1 tbsp cinnamon, saffron, cumin, chili pepper, paprika,
 Salt, pepper
 Water
 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Sauté the onion in a little oil

Put the vegetables and spices

Stir

Put the cod on top

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min
